反應(yīng)就是”supermarket”

大多數(shù)英語國家也都這么說

但是身邊的老美說supermarket這個(gè)詞

他們稱超市為grocery store

國人也形象統(tǒng)稱為Big Box

比如Walmart(沃爾瑪），Costco（好士多）, Sam’s Club（山姆）

這些店的特點(diǎn)是規(guī)模大、種類多，從食物到生活用品，家居電器和甚至汽車配件等都可買到。一般分布在城市的邊緣，交通方便，價(jià)格實(shí)惠。比如說家里食物都吃光了，牙膏、廁紙等這些日用品也用完了，我們需要去超市買日用品和食物，可以說：I need to do grocery shopping.

購買食物和日用品統(tǒng)稱：do grocery shopping.

Go shopping一般指去買衣服、鞋子等除食物和日用品之外的東西，去grocery store買回來的東西統(tǒng)稱為groceries
